When these matters were taken up for hearing on 30.10.2017, as none appeared, it was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Thereafter, the matters were adjourned on four occasions. Even today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, neither the petitioners appear nor there is any representation on their behalf. Hence, these petitions are taken up for disposal on merits.

These petitions are filed seeking for quash of the proceedings against the petitioners, who are accused Nos.1 to 3 in C.C.No.22 of 2009 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tiruvuru, Krishna District. The offences alleged are under Sections 188 and 283 IPC.

Heard the Public Prosecutor appearing for the 2nd respondent. None appears for the 1st respondent, in spite of notice.
It is alleged in the complaint that A1 and A3 have taken blank pronotes for purchase of motorcycle and have given to A2. 5.
The allegations in the complaint would, prima facie, show that the alleged offences are committed by the petitioners herein.
Hence, in view of the above, the Criminal Petitions are dismissed. Interim stay granted by this court in CRLP MP
No.2697 of 2011, in Crl.P.No.2601 of 2011, dated 22.03.2011, and in CRLP MP No.3352 of 2011 in Crl.P.No.3150 of 2011, dated 08.04.2011, shall stand vacated and the further proceedings in the said C.C. shall go on.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
