THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 14882 of 2016 ORDER:

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is as under : "....to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not removing the dust bin in front of the petitioner's House bearing No.3-6-292, Hyderguda, Himayatnagar, Hyderabad as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider the representations given by the petitioner, dated 19.01.2016, 05.01.2016, and 16.04.2016".

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for respondent No.2.

When the matter is called, the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would submit that the dust bin has already been removed and no further cause would survive in the matter and the writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
