The relief sought for in this writ petition is to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in passing orders in proceedings No.C/1052/2015 dated 18.04.2015 suspending the authorization of the petitioner's fair price shop No.30 at Vaddipatla Village, P.A.Pally Mandal, Nalgonda District without giving any opportunity to him to file explanation as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard both sides.

Admittedly, an appeal lies against the impugned proceedings before the Joint Collector.

Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Joint Collector against the impugned proceedings.
