THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE ABHI NAND KUMAR SHAVI LI W RI T PETI TI ON No.1 8 3 4 2 of 2 0 1 9 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of Kaloji Narayan Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal, in not considering her candidature for admission into MBBS/ BDS courses under Category-C for the academic year 2019-20.

It is an admitted fact that the petitioner has not got her certificates verified.

Sri A. Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the respondentuniversity, would inform this Court that after completion of the certificate verification, II Phase counselling is going on for 'B' and 'C' category of seats for MBBS/ BDS courses. Learned counsel would further submit that there is no possibility of undertaking certificate verification at this stage.

We may also note that interim orders were granted by this Court to candidates identically situated till just a few days ago, while the process of certificate verification was still ongoing. The petitioner, however, did not choose to join those candidates and has come now, after completion of the process of certificate verification by the respondent-university. We are therefore not in a position to extend any indulgence to the petitioner, who is solely responsible for the obtaining situation due to the delay on her part in approaching this Court.
