The grievance of the petitioner is that his representation is not disposed of by the respondents for recognizing him as computer typist.

The learned Standing Counsel appeared for the respondents submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

Having regard to the respective submissions and without expressing any opinion with respect to the alleged rights of the petitioner and his entitlement, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 01.09.2018 within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
