THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI CRIMINAL PETITION No.11504 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition, the petitioner seeks to quash the proceedings in F.I.R. No.469 of 2013 on the file of Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District.

Today, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced a copy of letter dated 19.02.2018 addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate stating that the investigation in the crime is completed and a charge sheet has already been filed and numbered as C.C.No.394 of 2014 on the file of VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal.

The letter dated 19.02.2018 is placed on record and the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
