When the matter is taken up for hearing, the written instructions, dated 03-06-2015 furnished by the Inspector of Police, Hayathnagar Police Station, Cyberabad, Hyderabad, have been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. It is stated in the said instructions that on the complaint of the petitioner herein, police registered a case in Cr.No.492 of 2015 against the 5th respondent herein under Section 447 IPC on the file of the Hayathnagar Police Station on 25-05-2015 and took up investigation.

In view of the above developments, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.
