This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Crime No.329 of 2016 of Kukatpalli Police Station, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the matter has been compromised before the Lok Adalat in the said case and prayed to dismiss the petition. Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
