ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 10.02.2014, in Writ Petition No.21791 of 2011.

At the hearing, Sri V.Sree Ranga Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that by passing an order, respondent No.2 has complied with the abovementioned order of this Court and that, therefore, the Contempt Case may be closed, with liberty to his client to avail an appropriate remedy for questioning the order passed by the said respondent.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
