HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR Writ Petition No.10803 of 2005 O R D E R:

This writ petition was filed assailing the order dated 23.2.2005 passed by the Joint Collector, Karimnagar, in exercise of appellate power under Section

50-B(4) of the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950 (for brevity 'the Act').

However, the writ petition was already dismissed for default against respondent Nos. 2 and 3 herein, pursuant to the order dated 04.11.2011 passed by this Court. The said respondents were the respondents in the appeal before the Joint Collector, Karimnagar. As the validity of the order passed in the said appeal cannot be examined in the absence of respondent Nos. 2 and 3, the writ petition necessarily has to fail in its entirety and is accordingly dismissed. The interim order dated 29.09.2005 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
