HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.9894 of 2017 In/and Criminal Petition No.9142 of 2017 ORDER :

A.2 to A.6 and the defacto-complainant in C.C.No.3 of 2013 on the file of the Judl. Magistrate of First Class, Bhimavaram, West Godavari District, have present and they filed a petition vide Crl.P.M.P.No.9894 of 2017 seeking to permit them to compound the offences punishable u/ sec.498-A,323,384,506 and 312 r/ w 109 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, and therefrom to record the compromise arrived between them.

So far as the A.1 and A.7 is concerned, Photostat copies of the unimpounded G.P.As filed cannot be permitted without duly impounding, however, the defacto-complainant wants to withdraw the case against them also.

Having regard to the above and in view of the parties compromised the matter, the Crl.M.P.No.9894 of 2017 is allowed permitting them to compound the offence and the compromise is recorded. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed by quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.3 of 2013 on the file of the Judl. Magistrate of First Class, Bhimavaram, West Godavari District, against A.1 to A.7 and they are acquitted and their bail bonds shall stand cancelled.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
