CVNR, J & GSP, J W.P.Nos.7211 & 7213 of 2004 Dated:17.8.2017 COMMON ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) As the petitioner and the subject matter of these Writ Petitions are the same, both the cases are being disposed of together.

Writ Petition No.7211 of 2004 is filed for the following substantive relief:

"... to issue writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records in respect of order dt. 03/03/2004 passed in OA.No.6128/99 passed by the Hon'ble Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal and quash the same as unjust and unsustainable and also declare Proc.No.E1/1223/98 dt. 31/12/1998 and Proc.No.E1/1809/99 dt. 28/08/1999 issued by the 2nd and 1st respondents respectively, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to Rules and set aside the same and consequently, to direct the respondents to continue the petitioner as Sub-Registrar Grade-II with all the attendant and service benefits in the interest of justice."

Writ Petition No.7213 of 2004 is filed for the following substantive relief:

"... to issue Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records in respect of order dated 03-03-2004 passed in O.A.NO.6950/98 passed by the Hon'ble Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal and to quash the same as unjust and unsustainable and consequently, to direct the respondents to

CVNR, J & GSP, J W.P.Nos.7211 & 7213 of 2004 Dated:17.8.2017 continue the Petitioner as Sub-Registrar Grade-II in the interest of justice."

At the hearing, Mr. M.Rathna Reddy, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that as his client has already been terminated, no further orders in the Writ Petitions need be passed.

In view of the same, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petitions, interim orders, dated 16.4.2004, in WPMP.No.9405 of 2004 and WPMP.No.9407 of 2004 are vacated and the said applications are disposed of as infructuous.
