This writ petition has been filed challenging the orders passed by the Industrial Tribunal, removing the petitioner from service. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it has been informed by the counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation.

This Court feels that the relief sought by the petitioner for reinstating him into service, cannot be granted at this length of time, as the petitioner has already attained the age of superannuation, and that this writ petition can be disposed of, directing the respondents to pay the service benefits to the petitioner, for the service rendered by him for the period prior to removal from service, if not already paid, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to pay the service benefits to the petitioner, for the service rendered by him for the period prior to removal from service, if not already paid, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
