O R D E R

Grievance of the petitioners was that in the recruitment examinations scheduled between 16.04.2012 to 18.04.2012, to the post of Junior Linemen, they were not considered.

This court by interim order dated 17.04.2012 directed the respondents to receive the applications from the petitioners and to process them.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that in pursuance of the interim orders of this court, petitioners were permitted to write the examination, however, they remained unsuccessful. In view of the same, cause in the writ petition does not survive and the same is accordingly dismissed.

However, it is open to the petitioners to work out their remedies for any further grievance.
