THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.21377 of 2012 O R D E R :

Heard counsel for the petitioners and the Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondents.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed alleging that compensation has not been paid to the petitioners by the respondents for deprivation of the petitioners'

lands admeasuring Acre 0-18 guntas and Acres 2-11 guntas in survey No.134/B of Mudhimanikyam village, Chigurumamidi Mandal, Karimnagar District for construction of Mid Manair Reservoir.

3. Today a counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents stating that an amount of Rs.8,80,474/- has been paid to the 2nd petitioner and this fact is accepted by the counsel for the petitioners.

4. Since the grievance of the petitioners has now been redressed, this Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
