THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.22964 OF 2004 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus to set aside the selections made by the official respondents in selecting the fourth respondent as Anganwadi worker as contained in their Proceedings dated 16.05.2003 as the same is arbitrary, illegal and violative of G.O.Ms.Nos.15, 20 and 48, apart from being in violation of Articles 14 and 16 of Constitution of India.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. He further submitted that the petitioner herein filed W.P.No.8923 of 2007 challenging the recruitment of subsequent notification. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
