ORDER:- This writ petition is similar to the one considered by this court in W.P.No.34291 of 2015 except with the difference in this case is that the present writ petition relating to parking contract at Sarojini Eye Hospital, Hyderabad. However, the period of allotment has expired and petitioner sought extension on the basis of application dated 02.08.2015. It is also stated that petitioner has paid enhanced rent for the current month. However, his application is not being considered.

3. Evidently, it is for the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioner and take appropriate decision in the matter.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioner and take appropriate decision expeditiously in accordance with law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
