ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner, who claims to be appointed as a fair price shop dealer in place of his deceased father, who was a permanent fair price shop dealer of Shop No.20 of Rayachoty town, feeling aggrieved by inclusion of the said shop
in the notification issued by respondent No.1 for filling up the vacancy on permanent basis.
At the hearing, Sri G.Ramachandra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, the petitioner was appointed as permanent fair price shop dealer in pursuance of the scheme made by the Government of Andhra Pradesh providing for compassionate appointment. In view of the above subsequent event, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous. As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 17.12.2012 is vacated and WPMP.No.48904 of 2012 is disposed of as infructuous.
