1, bearing Municipal No 14-39/1 Star Foot Wear, situated rn the Jama Masiid Complex, Thorrur, Ground Floor, First Shutter, admeasuring approximately 300 square feet (12 feet into 20 feet), and further direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's request for renewal of lease by fixing fair market rent in accordance with law.
