HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18350 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to respondents to release the petitioner's JCB vehicle bearing No.AP24AS5260 alleged to have been involved in Cr.No.128 of 2019 of Chinthapalli Police Station, Nalgonda District. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing writ petition, subject vehicle was produced before the concerned Court, as such the petitioner wants to file application before the concerned Court for release of vehicle. Granting liberty to the petitioner to file application before the concerned Court for release of subject vehicle, this writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
