HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.16892 OF 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the official respondents in effecting promotions to the posts of Accountants to the unofficial respondents, who are juniors to the petitioners, as illegal and arbitrary.

On 05.09.2002, while admitting the writ petition, this Court granted interim order in W.P.M.P.No.21159 of 2002, directing the 1st respondent to consider the representations dated 21.5.1997 and 13.10.1997 and the 1st respondent had disposed of the same vide order dated 5.9.2002 and apart from that the petitioners have already attained the age of superannuation.

In view of the interim order dated 05.09.2002, passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.21159 of 2002, no further orders are required to be passed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed. ________________________________ ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI,J Date:26.10.2018.
