THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6122 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.40 of 2016 on the file of Kuppam Police Station, Chittoor District.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. The offences alleged against the petitioner are punishable under Sections 420, 403 and 409 I.P.C.

4. The entire case is based on records. The petitioner was already suspended from service.

Considering the said facts and circumstances of the case, the police concerned are directed to complete the investigation and file a final report, if any, without arresting the petitioner. Further, the petitioner is directed to appear before the police concerned on or before 10.5.2016 and execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with one surety for the like sum for his future appearance. He shall cooperate with the police as and when required.

5. With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
