CVNR, J & JUD, J W.P.No.24003 of 2017 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus by directing respondent No.2 to produce Mr.Pothuganti Pethoru @ Ramesh (for short 'the alleged detenu'), S/o Narasimha from the custody of respondent No.3 before the Court and set him at liberty. At the hearing, Mr.Midhun Kumar Allu, learned Counsel representing the petitioner submitted that a day before this writ petition was filed, bail was granted to the alleged detenu, which was not in the knowledge of the Counsel and that in view of this development, the petitioner is not interested in pursing this writ petition.
