THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1135 of 2017 ORDER :

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Public Prosecutor for the State and also the officials of the State concerned and perused the impugned order.

A perusal of the impugned judgment dated 24.01.2017 passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Nellore, in Criminal Appeal No.277 of 2015, in modifying the order of the District Collector (C.S.) dated 15.07.2015 in Rc.B.148/ 2015, no way substantiated by any sufficient or cogent reasons. Hence, the matter is remanded back to the lower appellate Court to hear the matter afresh and consider on its own merits.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is allowed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
