This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not registering the petitioner's complaint dt.08.08.2019. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that already Crime No.134 of 2019 is registered basing on the complaint of the petitioner; and as such no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
