This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 5, in initiating necessary action against respondent Nos.6 and 7 for constructing Kamakshi Kalyana Mandapam in Survey No.133 in A.S.Pet, SPSR Nellore District, by encroaching the site of the Irrigation Department, as illegal and arbitrary.

Mr.T.V.Suman, learned Counsel representing Mr.M.Ravindra, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.44539 of 2015, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
