HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO Writ Petition No.21368 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned special for R.3 and R.4.

2. The petitioner was appointed in the year 2008 as Field Assistant in the office of the 4th respondent. According to the petitioner, the 3rd respondent issued notice dated 25.05.2015 suspending him temporarily from the post of Field Assistant, without giving any prior notice or inviting objections from him. The petitioner submitted his explanation on 19.06.2015 and also requested to conduct enquiry before passing any order. But the 3rd respondent has not passed any order so far.

3. In the circumstances, the 3rd respondent-Project Director is directed to complete the enquiry against the petitioner and pass final orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the impugned order passed against the petitioner shall stand suspended.

4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
