On 17.07.2017, this Writ Petition was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal', as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Despite the same, even today also, none appears for the petitioner nor is there any representation on his behalf. Hence, it is presumed that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the matter. The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed for default. No costs.
