It is brought to our notice that the suit OS.No.817 of 2013 on the file of XXIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, out of which this CMA arises, was settled before Lok Adalat on 06.08.2014, and therefore, the cause in this Appeal no longer survives for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, this CMA is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
