The Criminal Revision Case is disposed of before admission from hearing by giving liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Magistrate to take him into custody with application under Section 44 Cr.P.C., consequent to which the NBW pending ceases its force and the remedy is pursuant to the provisions under Sections 88 & 89 Cr.P.C. to execute a bond with or without sureties as ordered by the learned Magistrate. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
