Kotla Naga Bhuvaneswari, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.18386 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned Government Pleader for the respondents did not receive any instructions in spite of adjournments on two occasions. The petitioner was appointed as a Fair Price Shop Dealer of Shop No.29 of Dhammalapadu village, Muppalla Mandal, Guntur District. When respondent Nos.2 and 3 did not supply the stock to the petitioner's fair price shop for onward distribution to the card holders, the present writ petition is filed.
In view of the non-receipt of instructions by the learned Government Pleader for respondents, in spite of two adjournments, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition without waiting for instructions.
The assertion of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the authorization of the petitioner is in force as on today, and if that is so, respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall release the stock to the petitioner's fair price shop, as the authorization of the petitioner is in force. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J Date: 13.07.2015 siva
