This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 07.02.2017 in I.A.No.238 of 2016 in R.C.No.126 of 2012 on the file of the I Additional Rent Controller, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to urge the points raised in this revision before the trial Court at appropriate time.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
