THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3484 OF 2017 ORDER:
Plaintiffs in O.S.No.1163 of 2015 on the file of V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Warangal, filed I.A.No.2114 of 2015 praying to grant temporary injunction restraining the respondents/ defendants from interfering with their peaceful possession and enjoyment. By order dated 29.11.2016, the trial Court granted injunction. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioners herein filed C.M.A. in the Court of the Principal District Judge, Warangal. As there was delay in filing the C.M.A., they filed I.A.No.392 of 2017. This revision is filed alleging that so far no orders are passed in the I.A., and on account of delay, grave prejudice would be caused to the petitioners.
2.
As seen from the docket order dated 06.04.2017 in I.A.No.392 of 2017, the case was adjourned to 11.04.2017. 3.
This revision was adjourned on the last occasion at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners to ascertain as to what had happened on 11.04.2017 and at what stage the case stands, but no information is furnished.
4.
Having regard to the same, as this Court is not going into the merits of the case, notice need not be effected on the respondents. 5.
The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly disposed of requesting the District Court to dispose of I.A.No.392 of 2017, if not already disposed of, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of
