THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N. BALAYOGI WRIT PETITION No.2900 of 2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The petitioner is the applicant in O.S.No.10634 of 2012 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad. The said O.A was allowed by order dated 07-06-2016, directing the authorities to release the family pension and remaining death benefits of the petitioner's husband to her within a time frame. Learned Government Pleader for Services informed this Court that the aforestated order was subjected to challenge by the authorities in W.P.No.46397 of 2016 unsuccessfully, as the said writ petition was dismissed vide order dated 02-01-2017.

In that view of the matter, as the order passed by the Tribunal has attained finality, it is not open to the respondentsauthorities to fail to comply with the same in the light of the undertaking given by the learned Advocate General for the State of Telangana to this Court, which was recorded by a Division Bench, comprising the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice and Hon'ble Sri Justice U. Durga Prasad Rao, in their order dated 30-09-2016 passed in W.P.No.31905 of 2016.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the respondents-authorities to abide by and implement the order dated 07-06-2016 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.10634 of 2012 expeditiously and,

in any event, not later than 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
