Badugu Malyadri S/O.Narayana v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.KANTHA RAO W.P.No.25104 OF 2015
ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in terminating the services of the petitioner vide proceedings dated 13.04.2015, as arbitrary and illegal.
The petitioner was appointed as Field Assistant, Chatukupadu Village, Jarugumalli Mandal, Prakasam District.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent-authorities forcibly obtained resignation from the petitioner and vide proceedings dated 13.4.2015 terminated the services of the petitioner. He further submits that appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before the 2nd respondent.
Since the appeal is pending before the 2nd respondent, I am not inclined to go into the merits of the case. Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal and pass final order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
