This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 10.08.2015 passed in O.S.No.256 of 2012 on the file of VII Additional Senior Civil Judge Court, Vijayawada.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
