HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.21463 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner and possessor of the agricultural landed property admeasuring Ac.0.81 cents in Survey No.123, Ac.1.68 cents in survey No.119 and Ac.1.47 cents in survey No.138, situated in Kamayyapalem Revenue Village in Jeegulumilli Mandal of West Godavari District having acquired the same from his ancestors, and he made application in form 6A dated 27.12.2015 to the 3rd respondent for mutation of his name and for grant of Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deeds as contemplated under Section 4(1) read with Rule 18 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971. As no orders are passed on the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that no particulars are mentioned about payment of fee in the application of the petitioner. It is stated that no details were mentioned about payment of fee by the petitioner in the application which is pending before the 3rd respondent, as such it is open for the petitioner to pay requisite fee and comply the formalities if he has not paid the requisite fee. On such compliance by the petitioner the 3rd respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the application in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of such compliance by the petitioner and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ___________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 04.07.2016 tk
