ORDER

Challenging the action of the respondents in not paying subsistence allowance during the suspension period, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

While admitting the writ petition on 15.6.2005, this Court directed the respondents to pay subsistence allowance to the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order granted by this Court, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
