This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the letter of the 2nd respondent in Letter No.2784/Q/2009 dated 25.08.2009 as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is called, it is represented by learned counsel for the parties that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the common order of this Court in W.P.No.5134 of 2009 and batch dated 29.03.2016.

As the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the aforesaid common order dated 29.03.2016, this Writ Petition is also dismissed as infructuous following the aforesaid judgment and for the reasons recorded therein.
