This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) by the petitioner/defacto-complainant seeking a direction to the learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ramachandrapuram, East Godavar District, to dispose of petition bearing SR No.9294 of 2015, dated 29-12-2015 in Cr.No.102 of 2015 of SHO, Ramachandrapuram Police Station, East Godavari District. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/defacto-complainant and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Magistrate is directed to pass appropriate orders on SR No.9294 of 2015 dated 29-12-2015, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
