Heard Sri K. Goverdhan Reddy, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

2. Though extensive submissions are made by learned counsel for the petitioner, he would submit that petitioners would satisfy for the present, if a direction is issued to the Tahsildar, Makthal Mandal to consider the objections made by the petitioners on 13.08.2019 acknowledged by the Tahsildar on the said date, while considering the request of unofficial respondents for mutation of their names in the revenue records.

3. Having regard to the said submission, without expressing any opinion on merits, this writ petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission itself, directing respondent No.3 to positively consider the objections filed by the petitioners on 13.08.2019 opposing the claim of unofficial respondents for mutation of their names in the revenue records concerning the land to an extent of Acs.36.08 guntas in Survey Nos.774 to 778, situated at Jaklair Sivar, Makthal Mandal, if so far no decision is made on such application. In the circumstances, there shall be no order as to costs.

PNR,J W.P. No.18328 of 2019 As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
