Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.N.Reddy, learned standing counsel for respondents.

The petitioner, it is stated, has already paid the PF contribution as determined in the impugned order and the cause in the writ petition vis-à-vis the impugned order does not survives. The writ petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
