This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw A.S.No.96 of 2013 from the file of the District Judge, Krishna at Machilipatnam and transfer the same to this Court to be heard along with Review W.A.M.P. (S.R.) No.54466 of 2014 in W.A.No.30 of 2012.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer civil miscellaneous petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, shall stand closed.
