ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the inaction of the official respondents in considering the petitioner's representation, dated 31.10.2014, and intimation, dated 02.11.2015, of respondent No.2, and taking appropriate action against the alleged illegal construction made by respondent No.6 in H.No.3-6-51/74, Marriguda, Mallapur, Kapra Circle, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mr.Pasham Krishna Reddy, learned standing counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4, submitted that this Court, by order, dated 06.01.2016, dismissed W.P.No.356 of 2016, which was filed for an identical relief to that raised in this writ petition. This fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Hence, following the order, dated 06.01.2016, in W.P.No.356 of 2016, this Writ Petition is also dismissed, with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.1343 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
