This is the second application filed on behalf of the petitioner/ A-3 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail. Earlier bail application in Crl.M.P.No.2218 of 2017 was dismissed by this Court on 22.03.2017. As no substantial changed circumstances are noticed thereafter for considering her second bail application, it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail. Further, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is still pending and charge sheet is not yet filed.
