HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.15501 OF 2017 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioner is that she filed Appeal No.4 of 2017 along with stay petition under the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Assigned Land (Prohibition of Transfer) Act, 1977 before the 2nd respondent against the order dated 07.12.2016 passed by the 3rd respondent vide proceedings in R.C.No.C.741/2016 and the same is not being disposed of. But the respondents are trying to dispossess the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal or stay petition filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending the same, there shall be stay of dispossession of the petitioner.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
