Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by virtue of G.O.Ms.No.4, dated 29.01.2019, Agency Divisional Officer/Revenue Divisional Officer (Election Tribunal) is conferred power of Election Tribunal.

Recording the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a petition before the concerned Agency Divisional Officer and raise all the grounds, which are mentioned in the writ petition, and it is for the Tribunal to consider the same in accordance with law. Interim order granted on 23.08.2019 is vacated.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
