HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23765 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the 1st respondent in considering the recommendations of the 2nd respondent vide letter No.C6/4486/2010, dated 31.03.2011 for restoration of freedom fighters pension.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue(Telangana) for the respondents.

3. The case of the petitioners is that their case was recommended for grant of freedom fighters pension by the 2nd respondent to the 1st respondent vide letter No.C6/4486/2010, dated 31.03.2011, but no action has been taken so far. Hence, this writ petition.

4. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 1st respondent is directed to pass necessary orders, in pursuance of the letter No.C6/4486/2010, dated 31.03.2011 addressed by the 2nd respondent, in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

6. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
