HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.16442 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the highhanded action of the respondents 3 and 4 in harassing the petitioner to compromise with the accused in Crime No.185 of 2016 of II Town Police Station, Proddatur, YSR Kadapa district.

Since the grievance of the petitioner relates to the highhanded action of the respondents 3 and 4 and the petitioner has already given a representation to the second respondent as well as to the respondents 3 and 4 on 03.04.2017, the second respondent is directed to make an enquiry on the allegations mentioned in the representation and take necessary action in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
