HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY OP No. 8 OF 2014 ORDER :

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the lis in the OP is covered by the order passed by this Court dated 02.11.2015 in O.P.No.2 of 2014 and same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Arbitration.

For the reasons alike in the order dated 02.11.2015 in OP No.2 of 2014, this OP is allowed. The Award of the 5th respondent dated 20.06.2013 is made the rule of the Court and interest at 12% per annum is awarded on the principal sum as adjudged in the award from the date of the decree till the date of realization. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the petition shall stand closed.
